8:30 to 9:15a.m. on Saturdays is for use by the Saturday morning roll up.
This is subject to exceptions, for example where Club matches or board competitions are scheduled. The 8:30 tee time will be assigned to the roll up organisers. The 8:37 tee time onwards are available for those wishing to take part in the roll up.
Tee booking is required up to 7 days in advance, within the above allocation. The tee sheet will be reviewed on Thursday afternoons, with any unused tee times being opened up for casual member golf bookings.
Players should arrive on the day, at 8:00a.m. The draw (of the names contained within the online tee booking sheet) will take place at 8:15a.m. All players must report to the professionals’ shop, prior to play.
The above arrangement seeks to ensure that use of the tee times is optimised. It also negates the risk of too many members attending, with some being turned away due to insufficient course capacity.
